Like my new hair cut?

Got a hair cut last Saturday! Like my new hair???

Apparently my hair was becoming too untidy, the long fringe was poking into my eyeballs and my eyelids told me enough was enough! HAHA!

Cass, the ever cool hair stylist worked her magic and with our ideas, tadaa! A cute-sy bob!

What I wore on Monday:

Striped dress, satin like tuxedo blazer, pink heels and a navy blue bag

Pretty pink heels that lasted for 1 day!!!

The heel practically disintegrated on my way home!

What I wore on Tuesday:

Black top, black pants and heels..

I have decided to do a post once a week because I realised, since it is impossible for me to blog once a day or a few times a week so why not a post a week?... So expect to see a week worth of pics and posts at one go!

On a side note...

I have changed my wallet today! Cos the old one looked absolutely disgusting!

I am considering to switch my work bag as soon as possible because the top handle does not look promising anymore.... Sadness because I haven't met anyone (including me, haha!) who didn't like the bag!!!

Note to self: Pretty bags does not equal to longer lifespan!

Myriad of Fabrics

Sorry for the lack of updates! I have gotten terribly lazy to do any posts lately.. Pardon me.

Random things that happened recently:

1. Soon after I announced my shopping ban publicly, I went out and buy a pair of shoes. (Looks embarrassed) And another pair of shoes and some clothes.. COMPLETELY FAIL! Yes, you can slap me now.

2. Last week, my colleague and I were walking out of the office and into the carpark where I tripped and fell onto the damn hump. I didn't even lose my balance! The fall resulted in mid sized holes at the knees of my pants and gave me a matching set of awful looking scabs.

3. My oversized bag for work gave way at the strap after one use. (roll eyes) I only discovered the seriousness of it last Friday and I happened to step on mud. The heel of my shoe looked absolutely disgusting with the chunk of mud stuck to it. Never mind as I threw the shoes out when I came home because the damn damn shoes gave me 5 water blisters and a bloodied middle toe.

4. And I bought new clothes today! A myriad of interesting fabrics to play up with!! Madly in love and excited!!!

5. Lastly, I am going to bed now!! Off for some sleep!

All In A Week

Sorry for the lack of life here for the past week. Life just got busier and I got tired more easily, means earlier bedtime. Whew! Feels like a year since I posted!

What I wore to work on Monday:

Top: Dorothy Perkins, high waisted pants with belt: FNT, Buckled heels: Bugis & Bag: Zinc

Yes, you might be surprised that the bag is actually from Zinc, the very brand which produces eye cringing loud bags specially catered to the teens. I was pleasantly surprised as well. When my eyes laid on this particular fringed bag, I knew I had to have it. It is perfectly fringed... To be honest, I contemplated very hard before getting it because it is quite expensive and at that time, I had gotten another (expensive) bag already. But I realised, what the heck! I will end up getting it anyway. It's just the matter of when I would get it. So on last Christmas Eve, I took to train from work and rushed to get my bag!!!

Side note: I realised I have the tendency to dress a lot formal on Mondays, rather on other work days. Maybe it is because due to the fact that my meetings happen on Mondays, hence the formal look.

On Friday:

Attended my aunt's CNY house party where we had a blast, gorging on sinfully oily indulgences, hanging out with the paternal grandma, talking at the top of our voices to each other (yes, we are one (very) loud extended family and laughing with the relatives. What a blast!

On Sunday:

Had dinner at Ria with the Brother. It is one of our favourite places to eat!

Outfit: Bugis & Shoes: Malaysia

I love my top and shoes! You can't really see the details properly due to the horrible lighting but it is so much better up close! Pinky promise I will shoot better pics of the top and shoes the next time I wear it.
